Why it exists

Almost every small business website has a contact form, and almost nobody fills it in. People will type a question into a chat box at eleven at night that they would never sit down and compose an email about. If nothing answers, they close the tab and ring whoever is second on the list.

That is the entire problem. Not lead scoring, not funnels, not engagement — a person had a question at an awkward hour and there was nobody there.

What we decided not to build

Plenty of chatbots will do more than ours. That is mostly the problem with them. Ours has a short list of things it is very careful about:

• It does not turn a customer away. Asked about something it cannot confirm, it says it will check and hands you the enquiry. It is not allowed to decide on your behalf that you do not do something.
• It does not invent. No price, no promise, no policy that is not in what you told it.
• It does not write essays. A line or two, the way you would type it on a phone. Nobody reads the paragraph of filler.
• It does not email your visitors. Ever. They talked to you, not to us.
• It does not pass on sales pitches. The SEO agencies find a new chat box within about a week. They get a polite no and you never hear about it.

One price, and you can leave

One plan with everything in it, cancellable from your own dashboard in one click. No annual contract, no set-up fee, no call with anyone before you can sign up, and nothing held back for a tier that costs more.

If we raise the price it applies to new customers. Whoever is already subscribed stays where they are — that is built into how the billing works, not a promise on a page.

How we know it works

The same chatbot is running in the corner of this website, reading these same pages. If it is having a bad day, we find out the same way you would. There is no separate polished demo — this is the product.

Where we are

Calgary, Alberta. Payments are handled by Stripe and card details never reach our servers. Everything else — your knowledge base, your transcripts, your leads — is ours to look after, and the privacy page says plainly what we do with it.
