Features
One plan, everything included. No feature held back for a tier that costs more, because there is only one tier.
This is the part every other chatbot makes you do by hand, and the reason most of them sit half-configured forever. When you sign up we read your pages — home, about, services, pricing, FAQ, contact — and turn what we find into what the chatbot knows.
What it learned from your site

Common questions
Q: How long does it take? A: One to two days.
Q: Do you handle insurance claims? A: Yes, start to finish.
Most chatbots reply with a paragraph of corporate filler that nobody reads. Yours answers the question in a line or two, the way you would if you were typing it yourself on a phone.
Including the ones that never filled in a form.
When a chat ends you get the whole thing — who they were, what they asked, what it told them. Your team can be copied in too.
Name, email, phone and the page they started on, all in one place, sorted by most recent. Export to a spreadsheet whenever you want it.
When someone says "get them to call me" it takes the number and tells them it is done. No form to fill in, no contact page to find.
The most expensive thing a chatbot can do is tell a paying customer you do not do something. Ours is not allowed to. Asked about anything it cannot confirm from your site, it says it will check and takes their details.
What it will not do
Put a chat box on a website and the SEO agencies find it within a week.
When a conversation ends we work out whether the visitor wanted something from your business or was selling something to it. Pitches get a polite decline, no lead is recorded and nothing is emailed to you.
It only does this when it is confident. Anything ambiguous is treated as a real customer and reaches you as normal, because a spammer costs you half a minute and a missed customer costs you a job. Nothing is deleted either — we keep every one and check the judgement ourselves.
Useful for your website, not just your chatbot.
How many, and how that is moving week to week.
How many left their details, and what share of visitors that is.
Which pages get people talking — and which get people buying.
The hours and days your visitors turn up, which is rarely when you expect.
WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, hand-built. One script tag.
Colours, position, size, greeting and business name, all yours.
Most of your visitors are on one. It is built for that first.
Colleagues can be added to your account and set to receive transcripts and lead alerts. Ask us and we will add them.
Card, invoices and cancellation in your own dashboard, through Stripe.
Payment details are entered on Stripe's pages, never on our servers.
