Your team and your billing

Who can see what, where the money goes, and how to leave. All of it should take about two minutes to understand.

Adding colleagues

More than one person can have access to your dashboard and receive transcripts and lead alerts. There is no extra charge for this — the price covers the business, not the seat.

Send us their name and email and we will add them. Access is granted per person rather than by sharing one login, so you can see who has it and we can remove someone the day they leave.

Please do not share one login. A shared password is the thing you cannot undo when someone leaves, and it makes every record ambiguous about who did what.

Who gets emailed

Transcripts and lead alerts go to the contact email on your account, and to any colleague set to receive them. If enquiries are reaching the wrong person — or nobody — that is the setting to change first, ahead of anything else in the dashboard.

Your bill

Open Billing in your dashboard. It shows:

If the plan price and your last payment differ, that is normal — tax, or a discount applied to your account. The two figures are shown separately for exactly that reason.

Changing your card

From the Billing page, Manage payment method opens Stripe's own secure page. Your card details are entered there and never touch our servers — we only ever hold a reference to a card, never the number.

What happens if a payment fails

Stripe retries over the following days and emails you. Your chatbot keeps working while that happens; we do not take a customer's website feature offline over a card that expired. If it cannot be collected at all, we will contact you before anything changes.

Conversations included

Your plan includes 1,000 conversations a month, which is more than almost any small business website produces.

It is an allowance we watch, not a shutter that drops. Nothing cuts your chatbot off mid-conversation when you reach it and no surprise charge appears on your card. If you are consistently busier than the plan assumes, we will get in touch and talk about it — which is a much better outcome than your busiest month being the one where the chatbot stopped answering.

Cancelling

One button, in your own dashboard, under Billing. No email to us, no retention call, no form.

Coming back

Get in touch and we will reopen the same account. Your knowledge base, your settings and your history are still there, so it is a minute's work rather than starting again.

Put it on your site this afternoon

One line of code, and it already knows your business because it has read your website. Cancel whenever you like.
